Change Request Forms
- Exterior change request, such as painting a home, building a shed, new roof shingles.
- This helps ensure the uniformity, standard and quality of improvements that may impact home values for our neighborhood. Modifications to your exterior property must be approved by the HOA Board or its representative in accordance with Article IV (Architectural Control) of the covenants (CCR).
- All improvements or modifications must be in accordance with the guidelines in Article V (General Restrictions) of the CCR. Please allow up to 7 days for Board review of request and response from Board.
- ACR change requests approved within 3 days but allow for 1 week.
