This is the first board meeting of 2016 with only one returning officers from previous years. Four out of five board members are newly elected.

Elect board officers (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer)

Decide what we want the scope of the HOA to be for 2016 (see the projects and duties the 2015 board had) and who will handle what.

Decide how we want to handle ACRs.
