January HOA Meeting Agenda

This is the first board meeting of 2016 with only one returning officers from previous years.  Four out of five board members are newly elected.

• Elect board officers (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer)

• Decide what we want the scope of the HOA to be for 2016 (see the projects and duties the 2015 board had) and who will handle what.

• Decide how we want to handle ACRs.

• Decide when/where we will meet next.
